Check out our prototype
Idea is to be able to gradually and dynamically increase complexity to keep player interested and involved. Game prototype is based on 3 tracks/notes to test and tune game mechanics.
The current version of Geissen Ear uses a wired connection for the sensor. We plan to move to a wireless sensor and combine the sensor and ear into one box on the same microcontroller.
It is natural for children to learn about the world through play.
Make learning music an exciting game!
-
Truly gamifying music education.
We have developed the solution for accurately hearing a musical instrument in real-time. The Geissen device reads a musical instrument giving an accurate and instant interpretation of the music being played.
-
Turning music instruments into game controllers.
The speed and accuracy of our device mean that a child can use a musical instrument to play computer games on their iPad, smartphone or desktop whilst at the same time providing teachers with reports on children's progress, strengths and weaknesses.
